Our Process

11 Steps That Set Cuddigan Apart From All the Rest

1. Meet with our project manager to create a “needs assessment” to determine style, design alternatives and preliminary pricing of your new home.

2. Locate a home site and place it on hold. (Your site or ours)

3. Purchase agreement is written.

4. Plans are drawn by our designer, reviewed by buyers and changes made, if any.

5. Survey is ordered an final plans and specs are completed for application of building permit.

6. Builder closes on lot.

7. Buyers make selections at Southern Lights, Designed Cabinets, Fergusons and Sure Lock Homes.

8. When the building permit is received, excavation begins.

9. After house is framed, an electrical walk-through with buyers is scheduled.

10. Weekly meetings with project manager are conducted on the construction site.

11. 120 days after excavation, closing shall occur, preceded by a final orientation to your new home with the builder, and a pre-closing walk-through with warranty representative.
